One of the biggest problems I see in the show ring with women is that they do not wear the proper undergarments., I have never seen so much bounce and jiggle. there are some wonderful help in the undergarment department to try and also brands of clothes that have support built in. try Spanx, Nancy Ganz, or Ruby Ribbon products to see the difference it makes in how your clothes fit, look and how you move.
